• Document Drafting: Drafting initial versions of letters, contracts, marketing copy, and FAQs.

03Human Review & Final Decisions

Where AI-generated content is published or sent to a counterparty, it has either been reviewed by a member of our team or is part of an automated workflow that has been configured, tested, and supervised by humans.

05Identifying Automated Communications

You may receive automated messages from Clear Path Investments — including pre-scheduled SMS, drip emails, AI-assisted chat replies, or auto-responders. Where required by applicable law, these communications will be identified as automated.

07Data Used to Train AI

We do not knowingly upload sensitive personal information you share with us into public AI tools in ways that would result in your data being used to train third-party AI models. Our vendor agreements with AI platforms generally restrict such use. However, you should not include sensitive personal information (e.g., government IDs, financial account numbers, medical information) in any web form, email, or message to us unless specifically requested.

08No Reliance on AI Output

By using our website or communicating with us, you acknowledge that:
