01Program Overview
Clear Path Investments offers a text messaging (SMS) program to help property owners, prospective sellers, investor partners, and other interested parties communicate with our team conveniently. By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.
02Required SMS Consent Language
The following consent statement appears on every form on our website that collects a phone number, and represents the agreement you make when submitting your information:
Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase or use of our other services. You may communicate with us by phone or email instead.
03Types of Messages You May Receive
Once you opt in, you may receive messages relating to:
- Marketing & Promotional: Updates about our services, off-market opportunities, investor programs, and educational content.
- Lead Follow-Up: Responses to property inquiries, scheduling, and information requested.
- Transactional Notifications: Appointment reminders, offer status, document signing prompts, closing coordination.
- Customer Support: Replies to questions you've sent and assistance with active inquiries.
04Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your engagement and the stage of any active conversation or transaction. You may receive anywhere from occasional messages to several messages per week. We do not commit to a fixed frequency. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan.
05Required Keywords (STOP / HELP)
Opt-Out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the short code or long code from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
Other accepted opt-out keywords include: END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and STOPALL.

06How to Opt In
You can opt in to receive SMS messages from Clear Path Investments through any of the following methods:
- Submitting a web form on our website that includes the SMS consent checkbox or consent statement.
- Texting a designated keyword or phrase to our number.
- Providing your phone number and verbal or written consent during a phone conversation or in-person meeting with our team.
We retain records of opt-in consent — including timestamp, method, and the consent language presented — for compliance and verification purposes.
07Carriers & Delivery
The Clear Path Investments SMS program is supported on most major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to network availability and carrier policies.

10Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized account holder or have the account holder's permission to provide the mobile number you submit. You confirm that the mobile number you provided is your own (or that you are authorized to use it) and that you are not impersonating any other person.
11Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the SMS program, or these SMS Terms, at any time without notice. Material changes will be communicated through the SMS program itself or by posting an updated version on this page with a revised effective date.
12Limitation of Liability
Clear Path Investments is not responsible for any delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator and is outside of our control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clear Path Investments disclaims all liability arising from the SMS program, except as expressly set forth in our Terms of Service.
