02Nature of Our Business
Clear Path Investments operates as a real estate investment and wholesaling business. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage, real estate agent, mortgage broker, attorney, tax advisor, or financial advisor.
We purchase real estate directly from owners as a principal buyer and may, in some transactions, assign our equitable interest in a purchase contract to a third-party end buyer for a fee. This is commonly known as "wholesaling." See our Wholesale Disclosure for full details.
03Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and truthful.
04Communications Consent
By submitting your information through any form, phone call, or other channel, you expressly consent to receive communications from Clear Path Investments, including phone calls, voicemail drops, emails, and SMS text messages. Communications may include but are not limited to:

05Property Information & Offers
Any offers, valuations, or estimates communicated by Clear Path Investments are non-binding until reduced to a fully executed written purchase agreement signed by both parties. Verbal indications, automated estimates, and preliminary numbers are subject to revision based on inspection, title review, and market conditions.
We make no warranty as to the accuracy of any third-party data used in generating preliminary offers (including public records, automated valuation models, or listings data).

Content on this site — including blog posts, FAQs, case studies, calculators, comparison tables, and AI-generated material — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, financial, accounting, investment, or real estate advice. 07Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, software, design elements, the "Clear Path Investments" name and mark, and the overall look and feel — is the property of Clear Path Investments or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You represent that any content you submit is your own or that you have obtained all necessary rights, and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.
We make no guarantee or representation regarding: (a) the closing of any specific transaction; (b) the price ultimately offered or paid for any property; (c) the generation of leads, deals, profits, or returns for users of investor-facing content; (d) the accuracy of any market data, valuation estimate, or AI-generated content; or (e) uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation of the website.
12Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CLEAR PATH INVESTMENTS, ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100), OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Clear Path Investments and its owners, members, officers, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; (d) any content you submit or transmit through the Services; or (e) any misrepresentation made by you to Clear Path Investments.
14Force Majeure
Clear Path Investments will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, pandemic or epidemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, labor disruption, internet or utility outage, cyberattack, or supply chain disruption.
15Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq.) governs the interpretation and enforcement of the arbitration provisions below.
Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal proceeding, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith for at least thirty (30) days by sending written notice describing the dispute to the contact address listed below.
Binding Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services that is not resolved informally shall be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Collin County, Texas, or remotely as agreed, and shall be conducted in English by a single arbitrator. The arbitrator's award shall be final and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver
YOU AND CLEAR PATH INVESTMENTS AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims or preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.
Exceptions
The following are excluded from the arbitration requirement: (a) small-claims court actions; (b) actions to enforce intellectual property rights; (c) actions for injunctive or equitable relief; and (d) any rights that cannot be waived by law.
Venue for Non-Arbitrable Claims
For any claim not subject to arbitration, the parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.
16Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution — shall survive.
17Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be reasonably communicated. Your continued use of the Services following any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
19Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, SMS Terms & Conditions, Messaging Privacy Policy, Website Disclaimer, Wholesale Disclosure, and AI / Automation Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Clear Path Investments regarding your use of the Services, and supersede any prior agreements.
